July County of the Month

All counties that have won the County Of Month 3 times will be automatically added to the Hall of Fame and will display the award graphic on the website.

The counties in the Hall of Fame will not be eligible for any further COM awards but will be included in each year's County of the Year nominations.

With all this said, the July 2010
County of the Month is Victoria County putting it in the Hall of Fame.　 Victoria
also won County of the Month in March 2005 and February 2009.

The county coordinators are Jack and Cynthia Buttram.
